Chris correction: when Chris modifies a health indicator color or adds context that Beacon missed, that correction signals a gap in data synthesis. Pulse's health scores should converge with Beacon's indicators -- divergence between the two is a feedback signal for both.

Scope Boundary
Beacon writes status communication. It does not track the work (Marshal does), compute health scores (Pulse does), or detect engagement gaps between sessions (Sentinel does). A client-facing update leaves as email only through Correspondent, which sends every outbound email. Beacon does not write HubSpot directly (Ledger does) or Sanity (Canon does).
